My Background

My experience has proven that people raise the roof in major areas of their lives but often leave their bodies and mindset down in the basement.

I help people get rid of their ‘mind garbage,’ reframe their limiting beliefs and transform their bodies using my fitness training strategies.

I have trained championship teams and winning individuals for 20 years from NCAA Champions and high profile business leaders to stay-at-home moms.

What is AscendFit?

Physical fitness training incorporating, strength, balance, power, stamina.  Body weight and gravity are the two key training precepts at AscendFit.  The goal is to control your body through a series of demanding exercises.  So, if you’re looking to sit on a piece of equipment and push some iron every session then this is not the program for you.  Our sessions are guaranteed to be dynamic, fun, and challenging for individuals and groups.

How Does It Work?

I train you at your home, office or outdoor facility.  Each session is 60 minutes long.  You are required to wear appropriate workout attire and bring your water.

What’s the Investment?

Standard personal training fees range from $85 (individual) -$150 (group)/session depending on individual or group.  [2 person session is $110]
